Fuelling and Fuel Farm Management
Fuelling & Fuel Farm Management is a module that provides for the day-to-day management and forward planning of fuelling requirements.
The application allows managers to effectively:
- allocate resources
- maintain fuel balance
- maintain the fuelling log
Fuel farm managers are able to view the list for arriving and departing aircraft that have requested fuel. A fuelling plan is created on the basis of this information. Fuel required is checked against the balance in the particular tank or bowser and, if sufficient, is flagged as having a fuel plan. If sufficient fuel is not available, the fuelling plan must be re-organised. After fuelling, information is entered in the fuelling log and the balances adjusted if necessary.
Fuelling details may be delivered to the accounts department for account holding companies, or channelled to the appropriate desk for payment prior to departure. Payment/non-payment can be flagged to ATC to allow/prevent departure. A Static Fuel Codes Utility provides for the maintenance of all the essential data required for the application to operate such as pits, teams, units, companies, tanks, fuel types. Comprehensive daily, weekly and monthly reports are produced on demand.
