COVID-19 business continuity statement
By Shane Spencer | 19th March 2020
We are actively keeping abreast of the latest news relating to the Corona virus outbreak and myself and the leadership team have put measures in place to ensure business as usual across our teams.
Protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers is vital, therefore we took pro-active measures last week that mainly consisted of:
Social distancing by significantly reducing and restricting the number of face-to-face meetings
Enabling our employees to work remotely from home
As an innovative technology company, we have sophisticated systems in place including our Tier 1 data centre. As far as we are concerned it is business as usual and customers will not see a difference in our communication, operations or service levels.
I understand that some of you may be facing further challenges over the coming months therefore, in this time of uncertainty, I can assure you that our team are prepared and in a strong position to continue as normal with current and future development projects and technical support.
This means that for existing customers, new enquiries, and those in the trial process, your Account Manager remains your first point of contact and the support team continue to be available 24/7. Should you have any queries or concerns relating to this, please don't hesitate to contact either myself or your Account Manager.
