Switzerland based business jet, flight charter and aircraft management company NOMAD Aviation, have chosen to advance with Bytron Aviation Systems award-winning flight dispatch and EFB solution.
skybook is designed to streamline their flight operations and ensure the highest levels of flight safety and data capture for their short-haul and long range jets.
Expectations and service levels are of the utmost importance to NOMAD Aviation, who provide a luxury, spacious charter of exclusive aircraft for private and commercial operations.
It was imperative to adopt a reliable system that meant their operations run more efficiently. Ensuring their loyal and growing number of privileged clients receive world-class Swiss courtesy when navigating through the skies.
Here at Bytron we also pride ourselves with an exceptional onboarding process and service levels. NOMAD Aviation were kept informed with weekly meetings, updates and project planning; from their own dedicated account manager.
NOMAD Aviation required a flexible solution to meet their business jet charters ongoing digital transformation. Which is why they opted for skybook’s modular software option...
As well as the dispatch management system which comes with secure flight data storage, boasting a 99.95% software uptime guarantee; they also selected the EFB app and form builder add-on module.
The innovative form module provides their flight ops department the ability to create and send an unlimited number of digital forms to the flight crew, for the pilots to complete on the EFB app. Saving tonnes of paper, printing costs and time within their business jet operations.
We appreciate that every airline has different ways of working…
By working closely with NOMAD Aviation we were able to discover what configurations would work best for their operational needs. Ensuring that their pilots workflow on the electronic flight bag is streamlined to how their business jet charters operate.
Our flexibility to the project has allowed the customer to request extra customisation such as: certain fields to be hidden, different fuel calculations, editable fuel data after pre-flight sign off, and more.
skybook becomes the single point of truth by improving efficiencies within NOMAD’s charter operations and connecting workflow from pre-flight to post-flight. Their flight data is stored in the record vault and can be analysed for future improvements.
Are you part of a business jet charter, or any other airline looking to improve the flight operations process with an end-to-end solution?
