Isaac has been a part of the Production Development Team for over three years after joining us straight from university. We spoke to Isaac to get an insight into his role in the company.

 

What has your job role entailed recently?

For the past couple of months, I have been working on the latest version of the app and currently working on the update of our dispatch page.

 

What is your favourite thing about your role?

I enjoy working with the team as well as being given the freedom to try and execute innovative ideas.

 

How have you progressed within your career?

When I first joined in 2019, I joined straight out of university with barely any knowledge on web development. Back then we were using JQuery/PHP but since have moved onto React/Typescript/NestJS, making me much more confident using modern day technologies.

 

What advice would you give to someone starting out in your area of the business?

Try keep a positive attitude towards your work and do the best you can on that day.

 

What have you recently accomplished personally that you’re proud of?

I recently went surfing for the first time and managed to ride a couple of waves. It has always been on my bucket list, next up is swimming with orcas.

 

What would you want to be famous for?

I would want to be famous for working for Arsenal, working as a data/football analyst. I failed A level maths though, so it is just a dream for now.
