Closed flights hidden from dispatch after configured period
Dispatch has been updated to support displaying only flights that are ready to operate. Closed flights can now be automatically hidden after a certain period, defined in the Default Settings within the Settings module.
Users can select the number of hours after sector closure before a flight is removed from Dispatch, using a dropdown list.

Retain non-departed flights for up to 7 days
When a sector does not depart as scheduled, it is now possible for it to remain available in Dispatch for up to 7 days, so that it can still be progressed if it departs at a later time. New flight plans can be used for the sector within the 7-day period. To view these sectors, click on the 'Show retained flights' button at the top of the screen.

skybook EFB updates
Reclearance Route functionality
The skybook EFB now supports reclearance routes in the Nav Log.
During reclearance flights, the Nav Log includes a decision point where users can choose to continue on their planned route or switch to the reclearance route towards the reclearance airfield.

The Nav Log automatically displays the waypoints for the planned route after the Reclearance Decision Point and the green bar indicates that the flight is on that route.
You can tap Switch to Reclearance Route to divert to the reclearance airfield.

All of the waypoints after the Reclearance Decision Point change to the waypoints for the reclearance route and the green bar indicates that the flight is now on the reclearance route.

The times on the new waypoints are recalculated to match any actual input on waypoints prior to the decision point, so that any difference is carried forward to the reclearance route waypoints.

The final waypoint also changes from the planned destination airfield to the reclearance destination airfield:

The destination IATA code in the header displays the reclearance airfield.

The Arrival Airport in Post-Flight Sign off displays the reclearance airfield.

The destination in Post-Flight Sign off displays the reclearance airfield and revised STA.

Note: Attempts to switch to onward sectors in a multi-sector voyage will be denied, as these sector will no longer be flown.
Once you have switched routes, you can enter Actual Time of Arrival, Actual Fuel On Board and Actual Flight Level information as usual.
If you have switched routes in error, you can tap Switch to Planned Route to return to the original route and destination airfield. Any actuals that have been input for the onward waypoints will be removed. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to switch to the planned route and delete any actuals for onward waypoints on the reclearance route.

All of the waypoints after the Reclearance Decision Point change to the waypoints for the planned route and the green bar indicates that the flight is now on the planned route.

On transmission of voyage data to the skybook Ground Portal, any en-route information entered for the routes can be viewed in the Nav Log tab of the Flight Data Summary for the sector:

Record oil on RVSM check
A new field has been added to the RVSM check to record the quantity of oil for each engine on the aircraft.
The oil quantity is measured in Litres (L - the default), Kilograms (KG), Pounds (LB) or Quarts (Qt).

The number of fields, up to a maximum of six, is detemined by the No. of Engines field in the Fleets tab of the Settings module in the skybook Ground Portal. The Oil Metrics are also set here.

Add a value for each of the Oil Qty Eng fields.

On transmission of voyage data to the skybook Ground Portal, oil quantity information can be viewed in the Nav Log tab of the Flight Data Summary for the sector:

Voyage events changes
A customer-unique reference has been added to the voyage events for a sector; this can be populated with information received from customers. Two new events have also been added: OFP Processed and Pre Flight Sign Off.
Please see the Voyage Events documentation in the bookshelf for more information.
Display message for skipped flight plan updates on closed sectors
